These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leverpointsystems.com (the "Site") and any text messaging program operated by PaceRev LLC d/b/a Leverpoint Systems ("Leverpoint," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information. All content on the Site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Leverpoint or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Our services
Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. Any engagement with Leverpoint is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. Results described on the Site reflect specific clients and are not a promise of future results.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Leverpoint Systems Customer Messages
Program description: By checking the SMS consent box when you book a call with us, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Leverpoint Systems at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about our services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at contact@leverpointsystems.com or (469) 949-6142.
Consent not required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverpoint and PaceRev LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or our text messaging program. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or use third-party services such as scheduling and payment tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
